Tracking, Disclosure & Security
This website is the OpenConsent professional services portal. We do not track you on this website, we do not collect your personal information unless you request a professional service from OpenConsent.
1. What information do we collect with this website?

The only exemption to this is the possibility that a government will require OpenConsent to provide personal data and we will do so only to the extent that we are required to do so by law; (and as we collect so little personal data, this is a low privacy risk possibility)
The professional services offered on this website use an E-commerce solution called stripe, it is an American payment provider that is subject to the US-Privacy Shield, but, they do disclose personal data to 3rd parties they do not list in their privacy policy.
4. Security of your personal data
We will take more than reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
All of our public end points are encrypted and all personal data is encrypted while in transit.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure with ssl. We do use 3rd party hosted servers which we encrypt and control the data, so the 3rd parties do not have access.
5. Amendments to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated but, the Open Privacy Network service keeps a log of all changes and the OPN Trust Icon is used to tell you when your privacy has changed so you will automatically be able to see when a privacy policy changes.
If their is a material change in this policy we will ask for explicit consent before using your personal data again. `If this is not provided, we will delete your data
